Terms of Service
Effective: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to the public NEXULTRA LTD website. Specific software-development work is subject to separate written project terms, scope and pricing agreed with the client.
1. Website information
The website describes NEXULTRA LTD and the services the company plans to offer. Website content is general information and does not by itself create a client engagement.
2. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not oblige either party to proceed. A project starts only when the parties agree the relevant commercial and delivery terms.
3. Project scope
Where services are agreed, the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, payment arrangements, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property terms and support obligations should be set out in the relevant agreement or proposal.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content or use the contact form for unlawful activity or spam.
5. Intellectual property
Website branding, visual design and original website content are owned by or licensed to NEXULTRA LTD unless stated otherwise. Project-specific intellectual-property rights are governed by the applicable client agreement.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may be changed, interrupted or updated. Liability relating to a contracted software project is governed by the applicable written agreement.
7. Contact
Questions can be sent to contact@nexultra.co.uk.
